I know that you’ve had to get your head around a lot – some of it very new and maybe even strange – so i’l going to help you to bring all this together by showing me clearing some head trash. This is genuine head trash clearance, and not just put on for the camera! You’ll get to see what happens during some meaty head trash clearance.

I would suggest you first watch one of these videos just so that you can see what’s happening. But once you’ve done that, you can follow along and work on clearing the same thing that I’m clearing in the video. You might want to pause it when you clear it yourself so that you can say the mantras to yourself, rather than have my voice. It’s up to you!
