Thank you so much for joining me on your head trash clearance journey.

I was privileged to be on the very first course for the technique on which this method was based on. It didn’t take me long to realise that I was learning something that was not only life-changing, but world-changing. I also knew on some level that I needed to share this with the world, but before I could do that I needed to simplify it and make it much easier to understand.

That’s what I’ve spent the last 8 years doing; tinkering, testing, tinkering and testing. When I first learned this I had so many questions; why did we have to do it this way? Why does this happen when we do X or Y? What happens if you do it this way? The thing is, these answers weren’t available; I had to find them through extensive research, and a lot of trial and error. This involved a lot of self-testing; I used my own experience of being hugely phobic of pregnancy and birth to put my work to the test and was lucky to get incredible results. Results that gave me the confidence to share what I have learned.

The result of all this is the Head Trash Clearance Method and I’m thrilled to be able to share with you here today. I am confident that you will experience incredible results in your life should you choose to embrace it and apply it as tirelessly as I have.
